Ball physics are much improved. The ball is now visibly more bouncy and takes more realistic deflections
To perform a manual pass you now must hold in R3 as well as moving the right analog stick

There is no longer any shirt tugging. There are however many new animations for the coming together of players
AI is much improved. Attacking players will now find it harder to find space in and around the penalty area

PES3 is expected to be the same as WE7 apart from a couple of crucial changes:
PES3 will have Umbro sponsors instead of adidas.
It is not sure if all WE7 licences wil be carried over to
PES3, such as individual team licences for Milan, Roma, Lazio and Parma.
DVD-ROM format is expected to accomodate all languages of commentary.
