I highly doubt it. If I had to guess, I'd say he got a position at Lagardère Sports and Entertainment. They are a European marketing agency based in France that also works with Formula 1 and over 100 European football clubs (including 11 Premier League clubs, 15 Bundesliga clubs, and even 2 FIFA confederations) - they also have a large Asian and African sports presence.
UoL (and Splyce) signed deals with Lagardère not too long ago. Lagardère has been expanding into e-sports in general recently, and given that they have already worked with Romain in the past, I wouldn't be surprised to see them hire him specifically for their e-sports expansion. The reason this offer can't be refused is because to my knowledge, they are the largest sports marketing agency in the world. It would also make sense because Romain is French and Lagardère is based in France - to get a job at their HQ would be a pretty big deal.
