There are seven 'secret' missions in Stalingrad (four RKKA and three Wehrmacht) that are enabled when certain conditions are met on the maps in each campaign.
It is possible for these maps to be played independently of the campaigns by using the custom missions patch and the instructions below:
1.
Create the folders Scenarios\Custom\Missions under the main Stalingrad\Data folder.
2.
Open the data.pak folder and click down to Scenarios\Stalingrad\Missions\Wehrmacht.
3.
Extract the s01, s02 and s03 folders to the Scenarios\Custom\Missions folder.
Because the RKKA missions have the same folder names you will have to rename the folders you extracted. Rename s01 to s05, s02 to s06 and s03 to s07.
4.
Go back to the data.pak archive and extract the s01, s02, s03 and s04 folders from \scenarios\Stalingrad\missions\RKKA\ into the Scenarios\Custom\Missions folder.
At this point you should have seven subfolders - s01 to s07 - in your Stalingrad\Data\Scenarios\Custom\Missions folder.
Start Stalingrad, choose New Game, Custom Missions, Custom Maps and, if everything has been extracted correctly, you should see a list of all the secret missions (plus any other custom maps) available for selection.
