Ittvan megoldás az ip alaú játékhoz, de nem teszteltem még, és szerintem a LAN-ra vonatkozik, bár egy próbát megér.
A possible solution to the AoM Direct-IP fiacso! A trust me: this is real bollacks on the part of Ensemble!
Linksys told me to do the following which should resolve the Router/Switch connection probs..
A) Assigning a static IP on a computer: On your computer's desktop, click on the "Start" button, go up to "Settings", then "Control Panel". Find the "Network" control panel and double click. Click on the "IP Address" tab and then click on "Specify an IP address". Any address that has the "192.168.1" beginning and ends in any digit between 2-99 is fine (For example: "192.168.1.2" or "192.168.1.3"). Choose your IP Address and type it in the "IP Address" slot. Note: Each computer on your network needs a different IP address, never assign the same IP address to any two computers on your network.
B. Assigning the Subnet Mask: The Subnet Mask will always be 255.255.255.0 as seen below. If it is not typed in by default, make sure to type it in the appropriate slot.
C. GATEWAY: Click on the "Gateway" tab. You want to make the router your Gateway, so type in the address for the Gateway as "192.168.1.1" and click "Add".
D. DNS: When you forward the ports you need to put all the DNS numbers that you ISP gave you into the DNS server search order, pressing ADD after each one of them. You will not me able to get onto a web page with out this info.
Then enable MTU setting in the filter page of the router's web-based utility. This is done when you're having problems in web browsing, downloading, email sending/receiving and FTP. Try to assigned values such as 1382, 1400, 1450, or 1492 and see which is the most stable connections.
