Because he chased this guy through a supermarket after catching him there trying to meet up with a 13 year old boy to smoke meth with and have sex. Dude is a legit pedo and was running away and also high on meth at the time so that explains the driving.

This happened to me today while I was minding my business getting a haircut. This guy and his girlfriend hit my car and attempted to flee the scene. I had the door open telling them not to leave when the driver decided to gun it. My option was to either bail and risk getting run over or hop in and go for a ride. I went with the latter.. We didn't make it very far.
