"Now your done checking it and everything is good to go. Save the psd, so if you do need to change something, you still have your paint scheme available in layers. NOTE: you should save a lot, you don't want to lose any of you work. I usually save every major change I make to the paintjob. Now, save the psd as a jpg, make sure you use 12 quality, which is the highest. Now, open up your jpg, and close your psd if you want to, or just minimize it. Now open up a .dds file of the same car make as you made, it doesn't matter who because you will save as something different. Now you have your jpg paint scheme opened, and a .dds with the same make (Ford, Chevy, Dodge, etc...) Standby for next step below."
