The Stranglehold PC Demo is out now and ready for downloading. So if PC is your platform of choice, head over to FilePlanet and download that bad-boy. I’m actually downloading it right now myself, which has become a bit of a ritual for me each time we release a demo. Sure, I could grab it from our file-server, but where’s the fun in that?
Gameplay-wise demo is the same as the 360 and PS3 demo – it’s a good portion of the first level of the game – the Hong Kong Marketplace. You can play through multiple times, each time unlocking a new difficulty level and a new Tequila Bomb. The demo is chocked full of hidden guns, and the PC and PS3 demos have an extra hidden gun that wasn’t in the 360 demo. :-)
It’s always a little weird for me playing the PC version, having spent so much time thumbing joysticks and pulling triggers during development. But after a couple minutes in Stranglehold PC my old mouse-and-keyboard skills come back and I’m pulling off ridiculously accurate shots from across the room again. Ahh, just like the good ol’ days.
Of course there’s plenty in the retail game that’s different from the demo. This is just a demo, after all. In the full game the Tequila Bombs are awarded over the first three levels, your progress is saved (duh), and there’s multiplayer. Also in the full-game you can remap your controls, set your resolution, tweak the visual settings, etc.

Már csak azt kéne tudni a demó milyen beállításokban van medium vagy miben.
