1] create camera [camera appears by default at 0,0,0--leave it there].
2] turn on depth of field [select camera and open Attribute Editor; click on cameraShape1 tab; look for depth of field option; turn it on].
4] click at 0,0,0 and again at 1,0,0 [press and hold "x" to constrain to grid, and click to set the Start Point at camera's origin (0,0,0) and the End Point directly in front of the camera (1,0,0)].
5] parent locator1 and locator2 to the camera [open the Outliner; MMB click and drag locator1 and locator2 onto camera1].
6] connect Distance to Focus Distance [see below].
[a] within Outliner select Display>Shapes.
click on "+" next to distanceDimension1 and camera1.
[c] open Connection Editor.
[d] select distanceDimensionShape1 in Ouliner; hit Reload Left in Connection Editor.
[e] select cameraShape1 in Outliner; hit Reload Right in Connection Editor.
How to use:
1] position camera [setup and frame composition]
2] place locator2 on the object at the location you want to be in focus
[remember to increase the range of focus,
increase "f-stop" in camera's Attribute Editor]
3] render through camera
Ha minden jol megy akkor az eredmeny ilyesmi lesz :
